The bedroom for renting is fully furnished with a queen size bed with new mattress, a desk, chair and storage shelves provided.
Tenant will share living room, balcony, onsite washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, storage locker with the landlord. The building has a fitness area and parking spots available for visitors.
The building is at the heart of Lougheed City, walking distance to Lougheed Towncenter Station, surrounded by stores (Lougheed Mall, SaveonFoods, Walmart, Tim Hortons). Shopping and transiting are extremely convenient.
