I’m putting this up on behalf of my landlord because they’re the sweetest couple and I want them to find a great new tenant!

It’s a ground level suite to rent as of May 1st. New tenant (you!) will be taking over the lease for a period of 1 year and then it’s rolling after that. Price displayed is for the one bedroom in the unit. As you would be taking on the lease, you would be paying the landlord the whole amount $2520, and getting rent from the other renter. Internet is not included. In suite laundry (is shared with upstairs landlord) and electric/heating/water included. Access to the garage for some storage is also available. One bedroom is currently rented until the end of July, with possible extension. Current renter is female in late 20’s working professional (occupied room in photos).

Female only. No couples. No pets. I don’t make the rules I’m sorry!
