Note: Photos are from previous tenant. Apartment is unfurnished but I will be bringing some furniture with me when I move in May. I haven’t chosen a specific bedroom yet so both are up for negotiation. I’ve been told the smaller one gets more sunlight but the larger one is… well… larger.

There is a large closet in the main living space, but no built-in closet in the rooms. The larger room does have a wardrobe though, provided by the landlords.

Shared back area between tenants with a lockable gate for bike storage and security. The neighbours are all very friendly, and it definitely feels like a communal living space

Rent will be $950/room in June before going up to $1060/room starting July 1. Hydro and Internet not included in the rent.

I am looking for a roommate to share this two-bedroom flat with me starting in June. Great location nearby St. Laurent and Mont-Royal.

I’m a student at the National Theatre School, so I am not home super often. My big chore/housekeeping day is usually Sunday, but I think I’m pretty good at maintaining the space throughout the week as well. When I’m at home, I’m usually trying to do meal prep or work on school projects. I might have friends over occasionally, but never too many people at once. I am a musician, so I occasionally play my guitar and sing. If I’m playing electric then I play through my computer so it shouldn’t be too loud. I also have a dog, Morgan. She is a 5-year old mix, and very friendly. She occasionally comes to school with me, but I will often leave her at home on longer days. Generally, it’s a pretty relaxed environment. It’s not the biggest place, but a great location so I’m looking forward to turning it into more of a home!
