Female only. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, with a shared kitchen, living room, and balcony. Will be sharing the space with 1 person (myself), but you have a large bedroom, walkin closet and bathroom all to yourself! The building allows cats (with a pet deposit of $700), but no dogs.

Parking in available underground. It’s a newly built building (2019) and very clean and quiet. Ideal for a working professionals and students (walking distance to UFV)

About the roomies

I am a full-time project coordinator. 30 years old, no pets. I work 2 jobs so I like to decompress by going outdoors, reading a book or watching TV (Korean dramas). Sociable, but also like to just get some quiet time to myself after busy work week.
