About the room
Centrally located in Downtown Vancouver, the apartment is a cozy brick building by the corner of Nelson & Bute (“The Berkeley”). Any necessities, from groceries, to drug stores, to sky-train/bus stations, are within a ~15min walk. Unit includes in-suite laundry (both a washer & dryer) and a dishwasher. It is also very spacious and wheelchair-accessible. No smoking, no drugs, and no parties, respectfully — pets are allowed, though!
As my previous roommate has now moved out, I am currently re-furnishing it. I’ll be buying a new couch, table, and TV throughout this month.
About the roomies
Hi! I’m Jesse. I’m a relatively quiet and reserved roommate. I neither drink nor smoke, I don’t party, and I always put in effort to keep the place clean & peaceful. I’m male and in my early 30’s. I prefer roommates closer to my age, though this isn’t a deal-breaker by any means, and I have no preference for gender or sexual orientation (not in college anymore, come on). My only “big” requirement is that you also put in effort to keep the place quiet & maintained. I tend to go out a lot, especially during the day, and I tend to work during evenings/nights.
