About the room
Our apartment is a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom and it is fully furnished. Internet, hydro, water, heating are all included. Our apartment includes in-house laundry and dryer, TV, furniture (sofa,bed,desks), dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans and more! Our building amenities has a free gym, study lounges, games room, rooftop patio, party room, F1 Simulator, Pool table, bar, etc.
It is a 7 minute walk to uottawa campus, 5 minutes walk to Rideau Centre and Byward Market, 2-3 minutes to Metro, Dollarama, Loblaws,etc.
Rent would be $1000/month/room (negotiable)
About the roomies
My roomate and I are subletting this place for the Summer (May-end of August). Both rooms rents are separate so if you are interested, you may have another roommate or if you would like to live with someone you know or friends, we can arrange that.
