East 17th Avenue

I’m looking to rent out a semi-furnished spare room from Dec 1 (can be flexible) in a small, clean 2bdrm basement suite located 1 min from Main/17th in Mount Pleasant.You would be living with just me. It is absolutely perfect for bus directly downtown, or to Marine Gateway (both 20mins) and easy access to Skytrain or anywhere in the City really. Shops, supermarket and everything you need including a 24hr market are all within a 1-5 min walk from the house too

Would suit a single male, who is very quiet, clean and respectful with good reference/s. The rent is $850 + $50 Utilities (internet etc) and paid on the last day of each month + half month security deposit along with first month which you will get back upon leaving. As much as I love pets, it would not be suitable unfortunately and the usual no smoking inside, lots of visitors over and/or parties etc.
