I’m a grad student finishing her PhD. I really love the location of this place – it’s close to uptown Waterloo, and it’s a nice neighborhood for light runs. I prefer to keep to myself since I really have to focus on my studies, but I will keep common areas clean and be more than happy to listen to any concerns.
