Large room with window for natural light. Room is 12’ by 13.5’ Great even if you have to work from home in this spacious private room. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Right in the heart of lesslieville and Riverside right across the street fro Jimmy Simpsons that has free lane swim and programs. Lots of parks and shops.

One working professional in his early 30’s and my father who doesn’t really use the kitchen and doesn’t use the living room. I have an office upstairs on the main floor that it is quiet we don’t work late nights.
