We have a bright and spacious room available for rent in our well-kept home in High Park. The room comes fully furnished and ready to move in, with all utilities included—electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and laundry (washer/dryer). Occasional parking is also available.
The house is in an amazing location—just a quick 5-minute walk to Runnymede Subway Station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. You’ll be steps away from Bloor West Village, where you can find cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. High Park is also nearby, perfect for a relaxing stroll or fresh air. The neighbourhood is safe, peaceful, and ideal for comfortable living.
