One bedroom in a two bed-two bath apartment available for 4 months! Water and heating are included but internet is extra (about $30 a month).

The room has a bed, table and chair but you can fill the rest with whatever you need! You will also have your own full bathroom.

Please excuse the lack of photos, I haven’t moved in yet but I do have a video of the place when we toured it!

The apartment comes with a lot of amenities like an indoor pool, gym and rooftop lounge with a pool table. It’s a central location right off Bank and Elgin street; an 8 minute walk from Parliament station and a 5 minute walk from both Farm Boy and Independent (for groceries). Also close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to Rideau Center and uOttawa.

Hi, I’m Larina! I recently graduated from Carleton University and am starting my first job as a network analyst in May. I’ll be at work during the day but I’m always happy to make new friends and hang out afterwards. Some of my hobbies include longboarding, watching movies and playing video games.
