This mobile home has a 1000sqft living room and kitchen, with 2 rooms upstairs (including yours) and one bathroom. There is a yard and covered patio area that’s currently set up as a gym space that you are more than free to use! We’re located in the cute, community oriented complex of Wildwood Park with access to the common building for events, community breakfasts and other fun events held every month. Theres a full size indoor pool as well.

Bus stop is a 4min walk away and is an 10min ride directly to both Braid Station, or other bus routes that go directly to Lougheed skytrain station.

I am a fitness & wellness coach, digital marketing professional and musician with a rescue dog and a super friendly cat :) I’d love to have a roommate I can jive with, but also respect privacy and our own space. Females preferred but open for the right person :)
