This manufactured home has over 1000sqft living room and kitchen space along with 2 rooms upstairs (including yours) and one bathroom, and I will be occupying the downstairs room that is divided by the laundry room and two doors, so youll have plenty of privacy when im downstairs!

There is a yard and covered patio area that’s currently set up as a gym space that you are more than free to use! We’re located in the cute, community oriented complex of Wildwood Park with access to the common building for events, community breakfasts and other fun events held every month. Theres a full size indoor pool as well.

Bus stop is a 4min walk away and is an 10min ride directly to both Braid Station, or other bus routes that go directly to Lougheed skytrain station. This place is a steal for the price feeling like we have our own house without having to worry about noise from neighbours or that dreaded rush house elevator wait times like you’d have in condos!!

I am a fitness coach/personal trainer, digital marketing professional and musician with a rescue dog and a super friendly cat :) I’d love to have a roommate I can jive with, but also respect privacy and our own space. Females preferred but open for the right person :)
