Share a half duplex in Langdale (SW)

Hi! I enjoy cohabitating and am looking for a roomie to share a duplex. Should be available between mid to late may that may be flexible. if you’re shift work, WFH, etc. cam adapt terms depending on your usage of the home.

I’m possibly up for sharing with another pet owner depending on compatibility. I’m allergic to some cats, but willing to consider.

Upstairs room south facing is yours, private bathroom and access to storage in garage and basement for sport, camping, of season gear. I will be the only one living in the house with one pet (30lb female terrier) who is quite lovely and senior. Availability to make basement your own living room or into workout, office space. Nice south facing yard. HAS AC! Water softener and new fixtures throughout.

The southwest area of langdale has great amenities nearby. Gym, walking areas, superstore, grocery, theatre, walking paths etc. you’ re close to a main bus route.

On the home front I’m into dog walking, and being busy in the evenings in the office, or out doing activities (usually out 2-3 eves/wk with plans). I enjoy meal prep and cooking and am willing to join forces to save money and effort. I’m a costco and meal prep enthusiast hoping to go pro.
