Only 20 minutes walk into downtown or a 2 minute walk to the 501, 503, 504 streetcar stops. You will be sharing the space with one other housemate who works mostly in the basement, a friendly person who won’t hesitate to advise on the area and nearest shops etc. You will be staying in my room (the largest) with a private bathroom and a workspace area (feel free to use my monitor, keyboard, etc..)
