Looking for roommate to share 5 ½ in Anjou. 800$ + split for utilities (hydro + internet). The lease is in my name and I take full responsibility for the unit and its rent. A contract will be signed between myself and the roommate outlining payments and house rules. Bedroom available is the empty one in the pictures. My room not pictured. The third room is small and being used as an office. It can easily fit a 2nd desk to be a shared work space. The apartment has lots of natural light, has 2 balconies, and comes with all appliances (fridge, oven, washer, dryer, portable dishwasher). The landlord will be changing all the windows and patio doors within the next 2 months. The common areas are fully furnished, only need to furnish your bedroom. If you have other furniture they are welcome as long as they fit as I’m not looking to get rid of any of my current furniture.

About the 2nd (furry) roommate: Cali, small 13 year old senior dog Very sweet, loves to cuddle with anyone in the vicinity Has seperation anxiety and needs someone to hang out with when I’m gone Takes medication if left alone
