I have a room available in a large house located in a lovely quiet part of Burnaby!

• Rent is $850 for room not including utilities and shared wifi.
• Move in May 1st
• The room is large sized with a large wardrobe on the main level of the house.
• LGBTQIA+ Friendly!
• The house has a small yard and a pool. It also has TWO large living rooms, and in house laundry.
• Walking distance to multiple buses including Metrotown and about 40 minute trip to downtown.
• Must be comfortable with a cat, as one roommate has a cat coming. No other pets allowed at this time sorry!
• Expected shared expenses include a portion of utilities, wifi, shared kitchen paper towels, toilet paper & dishwasher pods. It’s not much!
• Help with cleaning shared spaces, garbage, and recycling is expected! Clean up after yourself to keep common spaces tidy and usable.

We have 4 lovely people living here! Everyone works day jobs around the city and are generally out in the day time. Folks mostly keep to themselves but are respectful of shared spaces.
