this is a lovely little apartment above a hair salon at college & spadina. great location, walking distance to u of t, easy access to both spadina and college streetcars (college at augusta streetcar stop is right out front of the building!), 15 min. walk to queen’s park subway station for line 1. the apartment has two bedrooms, one which will be yours and the other will be the current roommate, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large deck. rent is $892/month + utilities (avg. $50-80/month). wifi is included in the utility pricing. this apartment is a great deal for the location, i am only moving because i have to move to another city.

the roommate is named mars (they/she). they are 21 y/o and a student at OCAD. they have 2 cats, one named spooky and one named pugsley. they would prefer no additional pets and a female/nb roommate. looking for someone who is a student/student-aged, clean, chill, quiet, and good with cats.
