I am a professional in my late 30s who is seeking a roommate from May 1st to Sept 1st, 2025 for my renovated Kitsilano two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. (Before May 1st would also work, if that was preferred).

Rent is $1750 per month including utilities, internet, and cleaner (twice per month).

The apartment is on the second floor of a house. sun-filled and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, wonderful kitchen, and a large patio. Ensuite laundry, dishwasher. Free street parking.

You would be subletting a large, South-facing furnished bedroom (double bed, small desk, chair) with your own bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). Unfurnished also possible if you prefer that.

I am seeking a mature, responsible, and clean roommate.

Unfortunately, no smoking inside and no pets. :-(
