The house has 3 bedrooms and a big open kitchen - everything is brand new.

You’ll be sharing the property with two friends, the first is living downstairs in the basement and the other is occupying a bedroom upstairs. But you will only share the bathroom with one other roomie or 2 maximum (if you have a friend, we can rent him a room ;) so you share the bathroom between friends) ● No pets allowed. ● No smoking/vaping of any kind inside. (You’re more than welcome to smoke with us outside :) ● No couples. ● No guests or parties ● We’re looking for calm people ideally student or young worker but if you think you’ll fit the rules you’re more than welcome. ● You’ll be responsible to keep the room clean, and the cleanliness of the kitchen whenever you use it. ● Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
