Superstore, NSLC, Shoppers Drug Mart, Goodlife Fitness, and other stores are within 5-10 minute walking distance or a short bus ride away. Bus routes #8, #91, #90, #3 and #4 are very close as well.

Very cozy, doesn’t even feel like you’re really living in the city due to low traffic and family oriented community with lots of lovely neighbours. Being from Cape Breton, that’s what I was after.

My name is Taryn, I’m 29 years old, and I was born and raised in Cape Breton. I’m very friendly, easy going, empathic and organized.

I work full time (40hrs a week), and usually read, meal prep, or bake in my free time… I do have a five year old cat, who was rescued back home in Cape Breton at only 3 weeks old from a private shelter, who means the world to me. So cat friendly is a must! I usually stay in my room unless I’m baking or meal prepping. I always clean up after myself, as well. I also try to do chores when I have the time, such as cleaning the washroom, kitchen, sweeping, etc. I’d like these duties to be a shared responsibility.

I’m seeking someone who is respectful, quiet and easy going. Guests are more than welcome, but no parties, please.

My current room mate is leaving the apartment in June, so I would like someone who would be willing to do a lease takeover. The lease runs until December of 2025, and can be renewed if you wish.
