6 1/2 with basement 3 spacious rooms on upper floor, 2 rooms for you and 1 room for my very friendly rabbits (sorry I can’t accept more animals ) In the summer it is very green and beautiful and you can see it through the large windows. Kind and helpful neighbors, great community to practice French. Lots of storage and closet space, you’ll never run out of room to put your stuff. Looking for someone to stay with me as a roommate for may and June then possibly take my lease in July. The apartment is quite large and would be great for a group of friends. Located near Metro Papineau and Frontenac, grocery stores, not too far from Parc Lafontaine, easy to get downtown and to McGill and Concordia. A con is that the apartment is older, so it has some character- parts of it are a bit run down. Its nothing that some diy projects and elbow grease can’t fix, and I’m working with management to do repairs.

My name’s Gabrielle, and I’m 25. I’m studying sociology at Concordia, which I am deeply passionate about. In my spare time I like to work on art and diy projects involving the apartment, and I’m in the process of making a film. I’m also taking french classes- I’d love to have a practice buddy ! I am friendly and chatty, and love to have movie nights with roommates. I also value my alone time and privacy and will respect your space. I live with neurological disabilities, which has made me very accepting and welcoming of differences. All that matters to me is mutual respect, and it’s important to me that I find someone who will contribute to cleaning, as it can be a lot to maintain such a large place on my own.

Your other roommates will be 2 adorable and silly rabbits, Penny and Kramer. Penny is possibly the craziest rabbit you will ever meet and very cuddly. Kramer is a bit more shy, he’s an old man, but he is cuddly once he warms up to you. They have their own room on the upper floor, and if you like animals, I can show you how to play with them. Unfortunately, they don’t contribute to the bills 😂
