This suite includes entire Basement which is quite large . Furniture included . Large TV, Couch sitting area/ Bedroom is separate with a king size bed that is like new . Laundry & Wifi included. Full use of kitchen as I live alone and do not eat at home much .( I keep it very clean at all times and expect a roommate to do the same) Bus stop to college right outside front door . Mall and shopping are all within five minute walking distance.
I am a quiet person who works a lot and often spends my down time reading and relaxing . ( I am out of the house at 5am daily so I shower the night before to remain quiet in the morning ). I do not have many quests as I visit my family & friends at their homes . I am looking for someone who is quiet, respectful and clean as I am a little OCD with cleaning . I am currently looking after my son’s two fur babies until he is settled in Edmonton. They are quiet and spend their time with me in my room the majority of the time . (they are timid with new people but warm up quickly ) . This is a fairly large duplex with a front sitting room that I rarely use , perfect for reading or studying in. There is also a large storage type room down stairs that I also do not use . There is a desk available if needed .
