Property is close to Mall, Shopping & direct bus route to college right outside front door .
Professional & Quiet . I do not party nor do I have many visitors . ( When I do I will always give lots of notice) I work a lot and like quiet time when home. Two Fur babies that are my son’s but I am looking after them for now. They are always upstairs with me . They’re very gentle and quiet. The Basement is quite big and has a separate bedroom and sitting area that is furnished . There is also a large closed off area, that does have a desk if needed . The only time I go down stairs is on Sunday’s to do laundry . I prefer a female student who is like minded and quiet. Free range of kitchen as I do not cook much because I usually eat at work . Also upstairs is a large sitting room perfect for reading or studying that I rarely use . Pictures are available upon request .
