It’s a three bedroom apartment in the Southland area. Very close to the highway and amenities. It has Central AC and a washer and dryer. I have two available bedrooms. Preferably looking for just one roommate who would like two bedrooms. Second room could be a game room/office. I cover all the bills so you would just have to pay the same amount monthly. I do have a friendly dog who would love additional company. (She is a bonus,no shedding hypoallergenic) I would prefer someone who really enjoy a dog’s company and pays her some attention. Apartment is furnished with everything you might need except for the two bedrooms would be completely empty. The apartment has a gym and a garden. The living room is a shared space perfect for movie night. Right next to it is a huge price of grass for outdoor activities or walking trails.

I am a student and working part time at the moment. I spend most of my time at work, school or with my puppy. I enjoy movie nights in the living room and a nice homemade meal. I like to keep things clean and tidy. Having a dog requires a lot of maintenance so I have plenty of tools to keep the place nice and neat. The only thing I look for in a roommate is someone with just good communication and a will to want to take care of themselves so we can eat some good home cooked meals. Other than the occasional guest in the living room for movie night it’s fairly quiet. I mainly use my headphones late at night just to not be disruptive towards anyone.
