4 mins walk from Macewan ( literally 2 building down from Tims ), 2 blocks away from LRT, 5 mins walk to SaveOn.
Everything is furnished !! You will have your own bathroom ( inside your room ) and tv too. There’s ac for the summer, extra fans if needed and ofc in-suit laundry.

Hey! I’m a super friendly and respectful person who’s clean, organized, and easy to live with. I’m currently a student at Macewan and also work part-time, so I’m usually out during the day and like to chill at home in the evenings. I value open communication and a peaceful, cozy living vibe. I love keeping shared spaces tidy, always pay rent on time, and I’m down for the occasional movie night or just doing our own thing!
