All utilities are included at no cost, Wi-Fi is amazing, and the common spaces are cleaned biweekly. It’s also within walking distance of the bus terminal, and not too far from the mall.

There are 2 roommates here from Nigeria, they’re friendly and easy to talk to. One of them owns a switch and plays games often in the common space. I have no complaints about any noise in the night; it’s relatively quiet, and I can sleep peacefully. They do the dishes and rarely leave any items in the sink
