The price will be $800 a month and covers power as well as high speed internet use.
Single person occupancy only, and smoking is permitted throughout the unit. Common areas like living room kitchen and dining room are all well furnished, and if you don’t like doing dishes, you’re in luck, as a portable dishwasher is accessible for your use. As well the unit has a barbecue on the balcony.
As I already have a dog living with me, no other pets will be permitted aside from mice,birds, fish,rocks etc, applicant must be dog friendly.
Hot water and heating are paid by the building, so feel free to use as much as you like. I am able to have someone move in for May 1st.
Applicant for this rental must be employed on a full-time basis, severe addiction free, and preferably outgoing, as establishing a friendship with you as a potential roommate is a long-term requirement. Applicant must be dog friendly!
About the roomies
I have a dog named Luna, and occasionally have a female friend over. I’m easy to get along with and I like to cook, I smoke occasionally but I limit it to my bedroom.
