The apartment is on the bottom floor. There is a deck when you go out the sliding door . Have use of the side yard. It’s a small room , you could put a single bed , dresser , and tv . Has a closet with two upper shelves. With in walking distance to stores in town . There is parking for one vehicle. No smoking inside but you can outside. You will have to share bathroom and kitchen .

I am a very quiet person. I do smoke but outside only . I am the only one that lives here. I am looking for some that is reasonable quiet , no pets, respectable to the apartment and the property. I am very clean , so the person that moves into the room needs to very clean as well.
