Brand new build in Chappelle. 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom and a garage. Great transit in the area, straight to heritage park and ride. Lots of walking trails in this quiet neighborhood. All your essentials.

Living with us is almost like being in a new girl episode. Easy to get along with, respectful of boundaries, a good conversation or laugh always. We’re Just 2 dudes and their dogs. I myself am always in and out of the house for work. Easy going, tidy, and respectful. Sometimes funny. I travel a lot with my dog when I get time off. The other is very much an introvert, but also easy going and easy to talk to. We enjoy movies, anime, all gaming consoles. We’re both always quick to lend a hand. We do shared meals because it’s cheaper and a good way to socialize. We always try to be inclusive, understanding and considerate. We work in construction so we’re not looking for anyone who’s constantly bringing people in and out or partying. It’s a great set up if you’re getting back on your feet. We have 2 dogs so we’re capped out for pets. Also have a Dyson to keep up with the pet hair. The yard will soon be fenced, also a double garage for extra space.
