house located in the Rosemont area. Has a Large backyard, dishwasher and close to the mosaic stadium. Fully furnished except for your room. The top floor has separate laundry machines from the people in the basement. Rent is $900 with all utilities, wifi, Netflix, and Disney+ included. Available May 1st. Would prefer a female roomate. Would need proof of employment. I have a dog but no additional pets

I am a dental assistant and restaurant server. Always doing something. I keep a tidy place. Don’t have friends over too often and if I do you would be notified ahead of time. I’m pretty quiet and so is my dog, nyla. Nyla loves people and loves meeting new people. When she first meets someone she is excited but does settle down after a few mins.
