(LOOKING TO RENT OUT ASAP OR JUNE 1st!!) I’m renting out my second bedroom in my two bedroom bottom floor apartment in lower sackville. $900 EVERYTHING included! Kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom will be shared The deck also will be shared and it is very spacious. (I have deck furniture aswell) I have two well behaved, trained, clean and loveable cats. CAN COME FURNISHED! I have a queen sized bed, desk, chair and nightstand already in that room that you can use all included. If you want it unfurnished that is ok too! Room also has a spacious closet. The rest of the apartment is furnished with my furniture. I have all kitchen necessities aswell. Laundry is right across the hall from our unit for easy access.

The apartment would be shared with me and my boyfriend, and our two cats. We are extremely easy going people and keep to ourselves.

If you are a smoker that is ok - you can use the deck to smoke. No smoking in the apartment though.

The price posted is for 1 person to rent. If you are a couple don’t hesitate to reach out we can discuss that further.
