Hi! I am looking for a sublet for my room at Luxe London starting May 1st to August 26th. If you are looking to move right away, the earliest move in possible would be April 27th! The room is located in the Luxe, in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 18th floor! The building has a ton of free amenities including a gym, saunas, movie theatre, game room, study lounges, a starbucks and a convenience store right in the building!! It would be at a discounted rate of $840/month (which is negotiable).

If you are a pair, there is a room right across from mine (this is the room that the bathroom is shared with), that is also open for sublet for the summer. We live on the 18th floor so you have an amazing view of Ross park! We also have access, right down the hall, to the rooftop patio! Luxe is on a lot of bus routes, so it is extremely accessible! The entire apartment and room is also fully furnished!
