Apartment Features: • Lovely corner unit with windows facing North (in bedroom) and East (common space) • Shared access to kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony • On-site laundry in the building • Parking available (extra cost) • I run a portable A/C from my room in the summer

Lease Terms: • Available July 1st, 2025 • 6-month to 1-year lease • You will be signing an agreement between the leaseholder (that’s me!) and yourself

House Rules & Vibe: • I live here with my sweet 12-year-old cockapoo (Wolfgang), so you must be dog-friendly • Looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easygoing • LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive home • 420-friendly, cigarette smoking on the balcony is okay • Not a party house, but I am okay if you have an overnight guest occasionally
