About the room
Short term room rental (May to August). Two story spilt house with 3 bedrooms. The basement suite is separate and has private entrance. Close to downtown bus route and grocer in walking distance. Fairly quiet and safe with some foot traffic. Partly furnished house (living room needs to be replaced) with no furniture in the room for rent.
About the roomies
It is my 11 y/o and me. I have a cat that I am hoping someone can watch over the summer while I am gone most of May to August. I am typically a private person and spend many hours away from home. Not a huge cook but have full kitchenware for when my sisters come over to cook.
