1 Room available in three bedroom 🏡. Parking available/outdoor plug in. Full yard with hammock - well treed 🌲.

Bed and dresser provided ( can be moved out if renter had their own furniture ) the room is on the main floor with a deep tall closet. Bedding but can bring own.

Full access to using shared kitchen and dining area. Pantry Shelving provided for kitchen and canned goods. Renter will have access to space in fridge, freezer and deep freezes in house to store food.

Shared bathroom.

Laundry onsite provided

Unfinished Basement can be made into your own space. There is a pull out couch.

Carpeted area. storage for bikes Space for exercise area Treadmill available for use.

Two very cute friendly cats and one 7 lb ( quiet 🤫) dog share this house too along with a solo female professional. I prefer no alcohol in the house and no hard drugs allowed !!!
