Dan's room

This townhouse complex is family friendly, with a lot of young families and small children. My neighbours are wonderful!

I am a relatively healthy single, senior male. I do not listen to music because I have had a trauma to one of my ears and singing voices are distorted. However, I like to dance, which I do often in Acapulco where I spend my winters. Which means that a roomie would have the house to themselves for 6 months. I do have hearing aids and sometimes need help from a room mate to hear important phone calls that I can’t understand. There is a no smoking, no drugs, no vaping, no pets in the house. I like to play scrabble and dominoes, but do not play cards.. I am not a computer geek, but wish I was, so I need a roomie who is VERY computer knowledgeable. My last tenant was here for 14 years, but he died sadly, last October. I don’t watch a lot of television and prefer to read. I am a world traveller, having been to 84 countries. I get along with people very well, as I ran a shared rooming house for 20 years in downtown Niagara Falls, and some of those tenants are still my friends. I do not tolerate racism.
