Gorgeous shared townhouse - private basement room for rent - almost like your own little apartment! It has a big main space and 2 sub rooms which can be used however you like! Some old roomies have used them as offices, storage, walk in closests or even where they put their bed so they can use the main space as a living room! I have an actual walk through video which I’d love to share with whoever’s interested:) Everything is furnished except the room you’d be moving into. All utilities are included as well as Wifi, parking, and access to laundry machines ofc. We’re right by public transit so it’s super easy to get around within Orleans and to downtown, restaurants, cafes, and honestly just about anything!

Sophie (23) One my high school besties:) she moved to Waterloo a few years ago and is moving back! She’s super sweet, clean, and loves books, movies and music! She’s been working at Starbucks for about 3-4 years I’d say. Truly one of the nicest people you’ll meet!

Rachel (22) Waterloo Graduate!! She’s actually sophie’s childhood friend. An ex gymnast and also a current Starbucks barista! Also very sweet, funny and tidy!:)

Zara (22): Carleton graduate!! I work full time and am only really home to sleep. My boyfriend is kind of an honorary roommate. He and I stay here 50% of the time and his place 50% of the time. He’s a sweetie and super helpful around the house lol. Lowkey our handyman

The house was always usually really quiet as we all work and have busy schedules. We love getting to know our roomies but definitely thrive off of alone time as well. I like things neat and tidy so I often just clean here and there but we all believe in shared tasks.
