We are offering a fully furnished bedroom for rent for females only. The room is on the upper level and is spacious, including a big walk-in closet. We also have a shared kitchen. The house is located in Fleetwood, Surrey, with many shopping areas and transit to Fraser Highway and Vancouver within walking distance. SFU is a 20-minute bus ride away. We currently have two international students living with us. We strongly welcome university students and working women. We will not welcome anyone who smokes, drinks alcohol, or uses drugs. We prohibit the recreational use of drugs and are strictly against smoking or parties in the room, property, or area. We also have a friendly cat living with us.
