3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, so everyone gets their own, great neighbours and a nearby bus stop. Great walking path near by too with a DUCK POND! Upstairs neighbours are quiet, but the walls/floors are not well soundproofed so we’d all prefer if you’re quiet :)

Ideally if we get two room mates we can cut the rent down from $1000 to 700 ea or whatever it would work out to with utilities.
