Located in the quieter cozier part of Fort Saskatchewan. Basement to rent, own bedroom, own bathroom, living room space to make your own, downstairs fridge for renters use, Shared upstairs kitchen, Renter is open to use all kitchen cookware, kitchen appliances, bbq, outside fire-bowl, patio furniture etc..
