One private bedroom In a 2-bed, 1.5 bath condo in Downtown Toronto. Sub-tenant contract with myself as the main tenant.

Apartment is on the 23rd floor with large, north-facing balcony. The rest of the apartment is furnished but the room is unfurnished. The building has 24/7 security, underground parking (for a fee), a gym, sauna, pool and activity room. Bills (hydro and internet) come to ~$50 each per month. Property is rent controlled with increases of 2.5% each September.

A 5-10 minute walk to College Subway Station, as well as the 506 streetcar and 75 bus on your doorstep. Local amenities include Loblaws, FreshCo, No Frills, LCBO, Rabba 24/7, Imagine Cinema, Library and a variety of bars and restaurants.
