We are close to buses, beaches and groceries stores. Everything is included, hydro, gas, water, internet, netflix, disney and prime. Your room would be in the basement with a fully furnished living room and separate bathroom. You will have your own entrance. Shared kitchen, back yard with pool and deck. First and last.
