Furnished room. Rent includes utilities, wifi, laundry access & parking. In Britannia - across the street from the beach and bike path. Very quiet house. Only seeking non-smoker/non-vaper or any kind. Quick access to highway. I am looking for a commuter tenant (who isn’t here on weekends and is out full time working during the day).
About the roomies
Currently 4, all very quiet. Two in basement, two on main floor, including me. I am 60, a glass artist, female. Three other roomies are male, long-term tenants, mature, trustworthy, good guys. All bedrooms have good locks.
