Furnished room. $850/mo including utilities, wifi, laundry access & parking. In Britannia - across the street from the beach and bike path. Very quiet house. Only seeking non-smoker/non-vaper or any kind. Quick access to highway. I am looking for a commuter tenant (who isn’t here on weekends and is out full time working during the day).

Currently 3, all very quiet. Two in basement, one on main floor. I am 60, a glass artist, female. Two basement roomies are male, long-term tenants, mature, trustworthy, good guys. All bedrooms have good locks.
