About the roomies
I have 1 girl in 1 single room now. This house can accommodate mix genders. Townhouse. Rent included all utilities. very closed to college. Bus stop just infront of the door. Rooms can be shared with 2 person $475 each included all the appliances, furnitures and all utilities ( Gas, internet, water, aircon, etc,) ALL FREE. visitors are accepted ( just inform the landlord). If you have 1st and last month pay you can move anytime. NO need for extra requirements. This is month to month rental, just give a month notice if you need to move out. No stress
