The apartment is a three bedroom two bathroom unit with internet included. 1/3 of rent is 833.33 a month + utilities (average about $50 per person for utilities) parking spot can be added in underground parking lot for an extra $75 per month

We are Cas and Quinn, we are in our early 20’s, spend most of our free time watching anime, playing pokemon, doing art, playing guitar and cooking meals. We don’t currently have any pets but are open to introduce a new furry baby to the home. Queer-friendly please. If you happen to be into dungeons and dragons then maybe we can start a campaign together! We are clean, don’t leave dishes out, and I will happily make wonderful meals for us multiple days a week.
