The last photo is taken from inside the room (mess not included lol) and the second to last shows the walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. It is large enough to fit a queen or king bed and has lots of natural light. In the layout of the apartment it is the room on the left.

Safe, friendly building with elevator in Mt. Pleasant, non-smoking, pet friendly ( must be okay with dogs, I have a 3 year old pittie/lab who loves everyone and is good with other dogs and cats!)

Lovely quiet location, 10min walk to Main Street. Above a good restaurant and on a corner with lots of nearby restaurants and coffee shops, small grocer across the street. On two bus lines; the 19 and 8, 10 min walk to Broadway 99 express bus.

In apartment washer / dryer / Dishwasher, Fully equipped kitchen. Common spaces are shared, the living room closet and pantry are available for storage. Balcony is attached to my bedroom, but also accessible from the living room and is shared. Partly furnished apartment (roommate of five years is moving out, if you have some furniture that’s okay it needs some sprucing up, otherwise I will be replacing the coffee table, tv, and air conditioner)

Building company is fast and efficient with repairs in the apartment and requires proof of tenant insurance.

I am a full time working professional whose work can come home with me, in the form of arts and crafts! I love making art at home or relaxing taking care of my many plants and playing with my dog. My home is for rest and reset from a busy week, sorry no parties or loud, late weeknights! I am looking for a responsible professional roommate who is clean and respectful of shared spaces, and loves dogs.
