Great location near the Glebe, Lansdowne, Rideau Canal, and bus stops. The room needs furniture (i.e. bed, desk, etc.), but the apartment is furnished (TV, a couch, dining room table and kitchen supplies if needed). There is in-unit AC and heating. Hydro and internet are split between roommates (typically ~$75 a month per person). This is a flexible commitment - month-to-month with no minimum commitment required. Great for those who need shorter, more flexible living arrangements.
