This private room is in a newly built ground-level laneway house. There are 3 rooms and 1 washroom in the house. Common space will be shared between 3 girls. Laundry on site. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessary utensils so you do not have to bring anything with you. Your room is fully furnished. There’s a comfortable and good quality IKEA mattress, dresser, side table and mirror along with a very spacious closet. (You are welcome to bring/ add your own furniture in case you prefer).

Great Location - South Vancouver area: close to parks, grocery stores, winners, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, T&T, Cineplex, Real Canadian Superstore, library, beauty salons and multiple food joints within close proximity.

Surrounded by Fraser St, Knight St and Main St - frequent bus service and connectivity to Vancouver downtown, UBC, Langara, Richmond and nearby areas. 7-8 minutes bus ride to Marine Drive Skytrain Station and Marine Gateway. Very close to the Airport. Nearby buses 100,22,430,8. Bus stop is just a minute’s walk from the house.

We’re ideally looking for someone who: – Works or studies full-time – Is clean and respectful of shared spaces

• Doesn’t smoke/drink – Has a friendly, easygoing personality and is considerate of others – Both short term (month to month) and long term renters welcome.

The landlord has NO PETS policy, so we won’t be able to accommodate pets - sorry!

The rent for the room is $775 + utilities. Damage deposit is required.

You’ll be living with two lovely roommates — I work full-time, and the other roommate is currently doing her Master’s and also works part-time. We’re both easygoing, peace-loving, and respectful of each other’s space. The house has a calm, cozy vibe — great for relaxing after a long day. We keep things clean and quiet, and we’re always happy to chat over tea or share a laugh, but also totally respect privacy.
