• Unit: 1 (master) bedroom (unfurnished) in a large 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment (furnished), for a long-term lease. (6-24 months)

The unit is a walk up (2 flights of stairs)

• Move in date: May 1st to June 15th (flexible on move in date, but preferably closer to May)

• The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so even when someone’s home you have your own space.

• Kitchen, living room and bathroom are fully equipped

• Laundry in the basement ($1.50) per load

• I have a ton of records and a pretty awesome sound system set up if that’s a plus!

• I have a lovely pup named Stevie, she’s four years old (unfortunately she doesn’t do too well with other dogs).

I’m 27 y/o working in the hospitality industry! I do work (9-5, mostly in office) and try to spend my free time hanging out with my puppy, going on walks around the neighbourhood, and chillaxing at home (reading fantasy or building Lego). I value cleanliness, and I try - for the most part to kept a fairly tidy home! I’d love to find someone who also likes their alone time, but would also enjoy hang out once in a while, watching a movie, playing a board game, etc!
