This would be a sublet for 3 months, starting in May and ending in August.

Very close to many grocery stores and convenience stores. Atlantic superstore is just a 8-10 minute walk away and the Bluenose mini mart is just down the street, 2 minutes away.

You would be living here alone! I will be gone for 3 months and back in August/September.
